Tatjana Glogovac is a writer and educator in yoga, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, learning, psychology and self-development. She has 3 university degrees in English Language Teaching Methodology and Applied Linguistics. Tatjana did her yoga and meditation teaching certification at the Association for Yoga and Meditation (AYM) in Rishikesh, India. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching it for over 5. Her goal is to offer yoga and meditation as practical daily tools for everyone looking to find some peace of mind and a healthy physical practice for their bodies. This especially goes for people struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, excessive worrying, overthinking, and other ailments of the modern man.
Tatjana is also trained in embodiment practices, i.e. ways to use the body to change the state of our minds. She is a certified trainer in non-formal education and is one of the cocreators of several Erasmus+ projects: The Trainers Library, The Colors of Feelings and Needs and Marionettes in Public Spaces (ongoing). They are all about facilitating different forms of learning among project participants, whether it’s emotional intelligence, self-improvement as a trainer, or participatory self-reflective learning.

Shanti Arunkumar – Senior Contributor, L’Aquila Active
Shanti Arunkumar has been practising yoga as a student since childhood. She has qualified from Shrimath Yoga as a yoga instructor, acquiring the necessary credentials to facilitate as a Teacher of yoga and Indian traditional philosophy, in India as well as abroad.
She conducts yoga classes for people on a on-on-one as well as a group basis. She conducts online yoga called Vistara Yoga and offline yoga and these classes are called Sushrusha Yoga.
She has attended workshops conducted by Yoga Vidya Niketan at Vashi, Navi Mumbai and has completed the Life Coach Certification also conducted by Shrimath Yoga.
She is a certified Career counsellor and an English verbal expert. As an educator, she has about 33 years of experience having taught English in schools in India as well as in Oman. She lives in Chennai, India with her husband.
